Dr. Amna Javed

Dr. Amna Javed, Senior Lecturer, Graduate School of Knowledge Science, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), Japan. She teaches classes on social research methods, Next-Generation Management of Technology (MOT), Innovation Theory and Methodology for Social Competencies to Master and Doctoral course students. She has 4 doctoral course and 8 Master course students for minor research. She has 4 years of work experience in service science and 2 years of experience in transformative knowledge management. She has 15 papers in Scopus, more than 30 reputed international and domestic conferences, 1 eBook chapter by Springer, granted 12 research awards, and 12 project research fundings. She is affiliated with international conferences (ICIM, AHFE, and others) as session chair, co-chair, scientific advisory board member, and technical committee member. She is an Editorial Board Member of Social Sciences & Humanities Open (Springer). Her areas of research specialties include service design, education science, service science, Islamic banking and finance and knowledge management.

Dr. Anak Agung Gde Satia Utama

Agung is a Lecturer, Researcher, and Consultant in the fields of Accounting and Information Systems. He has been a permanent lecturer in the Department of Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, since 2005. He obtained his Master's degree in Accounting from Universitas Airlangga in 2008 and completed his Doctoral studies in Accounting Science at Universitas Airlangga in 2023. His research focuses on accounting information systems, qualitative methods, sustainability, big data, and community development.


He is an expert in qualitative data analysis using NVIVO software. Actively participating as a speaker and moderator in seminars, workshops, and conferences at the national and international levels. Throughout his career, he has authored more than 90 publications in reputable international journals and accredited national journals, as well as authored more than 9 books.
He has achieved recognition four times as the best paper and best presenter at international and national conferences. Certified as a qualitative research researcher and an international reviewer. He serves as a reviewer for Scopus-indexed journals, ranging from Q1 to Q4, and numerous international and national journals, as well as a regular reviewer for various international conferences. He also serves as an editor for various international and national journals.


In 2020, he chaired the organizing committee for two international webinars. He is a member of several international associations, including the Association for Information Systems (AIS), the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA), the Asian Qualitative Research Association (AQRA), the British Academy of Management (BAM), the Indonesian Qualitative Research Association (IQRA), BAFA, AFAANZ, Chartered Accountant, SEARA, and many more.


He actively participates in various Big Data and Sustainability summer schools at various universities worldwide, including Pretoria University. Currently, he is actively involved in several research projects, collaborating with overseas researchers, supervising international students, publishing books, and serving as a speaker.

Dr. Sergey Ivanov

Dr. Sergey Ivanov is Professor of Management at the School of Business and Public Administration, University of the District of Columbia, in Washington, DC, USA. His professional practice and scholarly interests are in the fields of scientific organizational and leadership research in government, corporate, multinational, and military organizations. He received Ph.D. from The George Washington University’s School of Business, working under the leadership of Dr. Elliott Jaques on dynamic theories in management and organizations.
Professor Ivanov has taught management and organizational courses at the University of the District of Columbia, as well as The George Washington University, for over a decade, and provided consultancy services to a wide variety of organizations, including the U.S. Department of Defense, Fortune 1000 Corporations, and other clients. Over the course of his work, Dr. Ivanov has published over 50 peer-reviewed journal articles on the topics of Organizations, Management, and Leadership, two books on management and organizations, and presented at over 50 national and international conferences, including invited key-note speeches and executive seminars.
